KEFI Minerals plc ("KEFI" or the "Company") MOVEMENT IN SHARE PRICE
KEFI notes the recent movement in its share price and confirms that it is in process of undertaking a placing to raise up to £625,000 through the issue of 50,000,000 ordinary shares at a price of 1.25p each.
