This change takes immediate effect and follows thesuccessful conclusion of his executive role within the retail software division. Tom was responsible for the restructuring of the retail software division and inparticular, initiated the creation of sector specific business units within thedivision in order to drive sales in key markets. Having successfully completedthe programme, Tom will continue to provide strategic advice in his role asNon-executive Chairman.
