K3 BUSINESS TECHNOLOGY GROUP PLC

("K3" or "the Company")

DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING

The Board of K3, the IT solutions provider, received notification on 29 May 2009 that Mr Nigel Andrew Makeham, Chief Executive Officer transferred 160,000 Ordinary Shares of 25p each to his Self Invested Pension Plan at a price of 83p per share.

Further, Mr David Bolton, Chief Financial Officer, has transferred 177,050 Ordinary Shares of 25p each to his Self Invested Pension Plan at a price of 83p per share.

Following these transactions, there are no changes to both Mr Makeham's and Mr Bolton's beneficial interest in the issued share capital of the Company.
