Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Board of K3, the IT solutions provider which provides Enterprise Resource Planning solutions to the supply chain industry, received notification that Mr Nigel Andrew Makeham, Chief Executive Officer, on 22 March 2012 transferred 38,000 Ordinary Shares of 25p each into his Self-Invested Pension Plan from his sole legal and beneficial ownership at a price of 210.0p per share.
Following this transaction there is no change to Mr Makeham's beneficial interest in the issued share capital of the Company. Mr Makeham holds in total 903,920Ordinary Shares of 25p each representing 3.18 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
