AGM Statement
K3, which provides mission-critical software, cloud solutions and managed services to the retail, manufacturing and distribution sectors, will be holding its Annual General Meeting today and Executive Chairman, David Bolton, will make the following comment on current trading:
"Trading in the first four months of the new financial year is ahead of last year. As in prior years, the forthcoming weeks to the end of December are a key selling period and we remain encouraged by our sales pipeline, both near and longer term. We look forward to providing a further update on trading in mid-January 2017."
