K3 Business Technology Group plc

("K3" or "the Company")

Change of Accounting Reference Date

As referenced in the Company's interim results statement, published on 27 March 2017, K3 announces the change of its accounting reference date and financial year-end from 30 June to 30 November with immediate effect.

Given K3's strong seasonal trading patterns, with each of December and June representing key selling months, the Directors believe that this change will enable them to provide shareholders with better clarity on current trading and prospects when reporting both full year and interim results.

As a result of this change, K3's next three financial reporting events will be as follows:

1. Unaudited second interim results for the six months to 30 June 2017 together with unaudited results for the 12 months to 30 June 2017 to be announced by 30 September 2017

2. Audited results for the 17 months to 30 November 2017 to be announced by 31 March 2018

3. Unaudited interim results for the six months to 31 May 2018 to be announced by 31 August 2018

Thereafter, K3 will revert to a normal, biannual reporting calendar based on a 30 November year end.
