K3, which provides and supports Enterprise Resource Planning software, hosting and managed services to the supply chain industry, announces that all resolutions at the Company's Annual General Meeting, held today, were duly passed and that, Chairman, Tom Milne made the following comment on current trading,
"The Board would like to confirm that it remains confident of the Company meeting management's expectations for the full year."
