Result of AGM
Kimberly Enterprises N.V., the AIM-listed Central and Eastern European property developer (KBE:L), announces that, at the AGM held on 22 February 2016, all resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed, other than resolutions 9 and 10 which were both rejected. Accordingly Ms Ayelet Naim-Levanon, CPA, has been appointed as a Director of the Company with immediate effect. The voting results of the meeting will shortly be available for inspection on the Company's website at www.kimberly-enterprises.com.
