Directors' Shareholdings

The company announces that on 5 June 2014 the following executive directors were granted awards of share options over ordinary shares in the company of 2.5p nominal value ("Shares") under the company's Discretionary Share Option Plan 2013. The awards will be exercisable, subject to performance conditions, between 2014 and 2024 and the exercise price will be 2.5p per share. No consideration was paid for the grant of the awards.

Number of Shares over which award granted: 54,000

Following the above award, Mr Howell holds options over 209,000 Shares.

Following the above award, Mr Smith is interested in 21,790 Shares, representing approximately 0.04% of the issued share capital of the Company, and holds options over 145,000 Shares.

The percentages shown above are based on the Company's issued share capital of 59,750,632 Shares.
