CEO & CFO Purchase of Shares and Holdings in Company
Crossrider (AIM:CROS), the online distribution and digital product company, announces that it has been notified that on 27 October 2016 that Ido Erlichman, Chief Executive Officer, and Moran Laufer, Chief Financial Officer, respectively purchased 100,000 and 50,000 ordinary shares of US$0.0001 par value in the Company ("Ordinary Shares at a price of 35p per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Mr Erlichman holds 100,000 shares, representing 0.07% of the Company's issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) and Mr Laufer holds 50,000 shares, representing 0.04%. Full details as required under the Market Abuse Regulation are set out below.
