Confirmation of Voting Rights

The Directors of JZ Capital Partners Limited wish to announce that as a result of the recent offering and share consolidation the total number of voting rights in respect of the following classes of shares as at 30th June 2009 are;

Following the recent admission there are now 20,707,141 Zero Dividend Preference Shares in issue.

JZ Capital Partners Limited would like shareholders to note that the FSA has confirmed that although the LVO shares are not listed and do not carry a right to vote which is exercisable in all circumstances at general meetings (DTR 5.1.1(3)(a), the FSA has confirmed that all ordinary shares (both normal ordinary and limited voting ordinary shares) should be treated as one class for the purposes of calculating major shareholdings under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
