The Board of JZCP (the "Board") is pleased to announce that it has approved the payment of an interim dividend amounting to 14 cents per Ordinary share, which will be payable by the Company in respect of the period to 31 August 2012, with the following details:

Pay Date 5 November 2012
Dividend per Share 14 cents (US Dollar)

Following the strategic initiatives approved by Shareholders on 3 July 2012, this interim dividend has been calculated at 3 per cent. of the Net Asset Value ("NAV) per year (1.5 per cent. at this interim stage).

Shareholders are reminded that if they wish to receive dividend payments in Sterling, they must elect to do so by contacting Equiniti Limited before close of business on 19 October 2012. Failure to make this election will result in payment of the dividend in US dollars. Shareholders who have elected to receive previous dividends in Sterling, and wish to receive the interim dividend in Sterling are not required to take any further action.
