The Board of JPMorgan US Smaller Companies Investment Trust plc announces that, subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 17th June 2025, a dividend of 3.1 pence per share will be paid on 11th July 2025 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 13th June 2025. The ex dividend date is 12th June 2025.
