Transactions in own shares

Jupiter announces that on 28 November 2022 it has purchased, in accordance with the authority granted by shareholders at the 2022 Annual General Meeting of the Company, the following number of its ordinary shares of 2 pence each on the London Stock Exchange through Numis Securities Limited as part of its share buyback programme announced on 20 October 2022.

The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares. Following the purchase and cancellation of the shares the Company will have 549,243,161 ordinary shares in issue. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.

Since the commencement of the share repurchase programme, the Company has repurchased 3,817,580 ordinary shares in aggregate at a weighted average price of £1.138752 pence per share.

All transactions under this programme will be published on the Company's website (www.jupiter.com) on a weekly basis.

In accordance with Article 5(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 as it applies in the UK (the Market Abuse Regulation), a full breakdown of the individual purchases is attached to this announcement.
