JUPITER FUND MANAGEMENT PLC (the "Company")
Director Shareholding
The Company announces that, on 9 March 2021, the following nil cost share options over the Company's Ordinary shares of 2 pence each ("Shares") were granted to PDMRs in accordance with the rules of:
1. the Company's 2018 Deferred Bonus Plan ("DBP")
2. the Company's 2018 Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP")

1. STDA options are exercisable between 9 September 2021 and 9 March 2022.
2. DA options are exercisable in three tranches between 9 September 2022 and 9 March 2023, 9 September 2023 and 9 March 2024 and 9 September 2024 and 9 March 2025.
3. LTIP options are exercisable between 9 March 2026 and 9 September 2026.
These awards are subject to continued employment over the deferral period and, in the case of the LTIP are subject to the satisfaction of performance conditions over the 3 year performance period (2021 - 2023).
The notifications set out below are provided in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
