Total Voting Rights

In accordance with DTR 5.6.1R of the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules the Company makes the following announcement:

As at close of business on 30 April 2026, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 526,539,274 Ordinary Shares of 2 pence each per share, each with one vote.

The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Jupiter is 526,539,274. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Jupiter Fund Management plc in accordance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
