The Company has been notified, on 17 March 2021, that Edward Bonham Carter undertook the following transactions over ordinary shares of 2 pence each ("Shares") in the Company.
Exercised 28,382 options granted in 2016 under the Long Term Incentive Plan and exercised 9,188 options granted in 2019 under the Deferred Bonus Plan (Deferred Award).
Subsequently he sold 37,570 shares at £2.745 per share.
