JSG, a leading UK textile services provider, announces that on 20 December 2018, Peter Egan, Chief Operating Officer, acquired 10,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 117.3 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Peter Egan has a beneficial interest in 34,716 Ordinary Shares in the Company.
