PDMR Shareholding - Grant of Share Options
Johnson Service Group PLC (the 'Company') announces the following share transactions carried out by its Executive Directors.
Peter Egan, Chief Executive Officer, and Yvonne Monaghan, Chief Financial Officer, have today each been granted options under the Johnson Service Group 2018 Save As You Earn Plan over 6,936 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each ('Ordinary Shares') with an option price of 129.75 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Peter Egan and Yvonne Monaghan each retain a beneficial interest in 279,061 Ordinary Shares and 694,955 Ordinary Shares, respectively, representing 0.06% and 0.16%, respectively, of the Company's total issued share capital as at today's date.
