Johnson Service Group PLC (the "Company")

Application for Block Admission

The Company announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the block admission of 11,000,000 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each (the "Shares").

These Shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued pursuant to the following schemes:

Shares

The Johnson Service Group PLC 2009 Long Term Incentive Plan 10,000,000

The Johnson Service Group PLC Sharesave Plan 1,000,000

The Shares will be issued credited as fully paid and will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company.

Admission of the Shares is expected to take place on 21 March 2014.
