AGM Statement 2015

At the Annual General Meeting, which is due to commence at 11am today, the Chairman Paul Moody will make the following statement:

"As announced on 1 May 2015, all of the Group's businesses have traded in line with management's expectations for the first four months of the year.

We are particularly pleased to have completed the earnings enhancing acquisition of London Linen on 30 April 2015 and the integration of this business is underway.

We remain confident in the prospects for the full year.

A further update will be given in the pre-close statement at the beginning of July."
