Jupiter Second Enhanced Inc.Tst.PLC24 October 2005 Jupiter Second Enhanced Income Trust PLC ('the Company') received notificationfrom Mr C Jones, a director of the Company, that he and his wife, Mrs L M Jones,have both purchased 1,162 Geared Income shares at 43.25p as part of a regularinvestment plan. Following these purchases Mr C Jones holds a total of 28,391Geared Income shares and Mrs L M Jones holds 3,391 Geared Income shares in theCompany, representing 0.023% and 0.003% of the total voting rights in theCompany. There are 62,822,084 Geared Income shares and 62,822,084 Zero DividendPreference shares in issue.
