(AIM:JSE, TSXV:JSE) ("Jadestone" or the "Company"), an independent oil and gas production company focused on the Asia Pacific region, announces that on 30 August 2018 and 31 August 2018 Livermore Partners LLC of which David Neuhauser, Non-executive Director of Jadestone, is Managing Director, acquired a total of 183,900 Common shares of no par value at an average price of C$0.607 per share, for a total cost of C$111,557.
Following this transaction, Livermore Partners LLC holds 32,083,867 ordinary shares, which represents a total of 6.96% of the Company's issued share capital.
