Conversion of Subscription Shares
The Company announces that today it issued 462,490 Ordinary shares following the exercise of conversion rights by Subscription shareholders.
Application has been made for the Ordinary shares to be admitted to the premium segment of the Official List and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange. It is expected that dealings in the new Ordinary shares will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 14 November 2016.
Subject to the listing application, the Company's issued share capital will comprise 48,915,427 Ordinary shares, including 524,500 held in Treasury, and 7,029,133 Subscription shares.
