J.P. Morgan Private Equity Limited ("JPEL" or the "Company") has released the Company's Net Asset Value and Month End Review for the period ending 31 January 2015.

Please find detailed below the estimated net asset value per share for J.P. Morgan Private Equity Limited as at 31 January 2015*:

Ordinary Share Class (Fully Diluted) - $1.22

Zero Dividend Preference Share Class due 2015 - 81.93p

Zero Dividend Preference Share Class due 2017 - 85.64p
