Managed Growth
The Company has today purchased 32,718 Managed Growth shares into Treasury at 959.18 pence per share.
Following the transaction the Company holds 3,915,902 Managed Growth shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Growth shares in issue less the total number of Managed Growth shares in Treasury is 26,710,360.
The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
Managed Income
The Company has today purchased 95,703 Managed Income shares into Treasury at 98.02 pence per share.
Following the transaction the Company holds 11,779,064 Managed Income shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Income shares in issue less the total number of Managed Income shares in Treasury 71,971,075.
The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
