On 8 November 2016, JPMorgan Brazil Investment Trust plc purchased into Treasury 75,000 ordinary shares at 63.75 pence per share.
Following the transaction the Company holds 21,858,044 ordinary shares in Treasury. The remaining shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 39,870,854.
