Watermark Group PLC30 March 2005 30 March 2005 Watermark Group Final Dividend Details Further to today's preliminary results announcement, the board of Watermark Group is recommending a 10% increase in the annual dividend from 1.78p per share to 1.96p. The final dividend of 1.96p per share, if approved, will be paid on 27 July 2005 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 1 July 2005.
