Watermark Group PLC15 November 2006 For immediate release 15 November 2006 Watermark Group plc ("Watermark","the Company" or "the Group") Board Appointment and Change of Broker Watermark, the leading provider of in-flight products, in-flight catering andcabin management services to the airline and travel industry, is pleased toannounce the appointment of Ross Dunlop as Executive Chairman with immediateeffect. Danny Bernstein, current interim Chairman, will resume his previous roleof Non-Executive Director. Mr Dunlop, 52, was until recently Executive Chairmanof Highway Insurance Holdings plc, which he joined in April 2002. Maurice Ostro, Chief Executive of Watermark, commented:"I am delighted to welcome Ross to the Board and believe he will play a key rolein the Company's future success.
