Appointment of Interim CFO

21st Century, a leading supplier of public transport CCTV and other monitoring systems, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Westcombe Elliott as the Company's Interim Chief Finance Officer. Mr Elliott who is a Chartered Accountant is currently a non-executive director of the Company and has spent the last 12 years as Managing Director of private equity group, ICE Partners Limited having previously worked as a partner with Baker Tilly.

Mr Elliott will hold the position of CFO on a part time basis until a permanent appointment is made to strengthen the Executive Board.

Mr Elliott's responsibilities as Chairman of the Company's Audit Committee will be assumed by David Voss who is currently also Chairman of its Remuneration Committee.
