In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14R(2), the Company announces that Liam Condon, Chief Executive, is appointed as an independent Non-Executive Director of Halma plc (Halma) with effect from 25th September 2023. He is also appointed as a member of Halma's Audit, Remuneration and Nomination Committees from the same date.
