Issue of shares

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and the JSE Limited ("JSE") for 445,000 new ordinary shares of 1 pence each in Jubilee to be issued and listed on the JSE and admitted to trading on AIM on 19 May 2010.

The new ordinary shares have been allotted following the exercise of share options on 7 May 2010 and will be issued on receipt of regulatory approval. The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.

Following admission to trading of the above new ordinary shares, the total of Jubilee ordinary shares in issue will be 230,220,867.
