Jubilee Metals Group PLC, a leader in diversified metals processing, with operations in Africa (AIM: JLP/Altx: JBL), was notified today, 17 February 2023, that Ollie Oliveira, Independent Non-Executive Chairperson of the Company, purchased a further 100 000 Jubilee ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 9.08 pence (ZAR 197.85 cents) per Ordinary Share.
Following this purchase and the purchase as announced this morning, Ollie is interested in 440 000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.016% of the issued share capital of the Company.
