Additional issue of shares

Application has been made for 137,330 ordinary shares of 1p each ("new shares") in the Company to be admitted to trading on AIM of the London Stock Exchange plc and the JSE Limited. Trading is expected to occur at 8 a.m. on 19 January 2010. The new shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.

The Company is issuing 137,330 ordinary shares of 1p each in settlement of outstanding liabilities to a former director of Braemore Resources plc.

Following admission to trading of the above new shares, the total of Jubilee ordinary shares in issue will be 229 688 126.
