Jubilee, a diversified metals producer with operations in South Africa and Zambia, announces that Jonathan Morley-Kirk, Finance Director, purchased 1 000 000 Jubilee ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") on 5 September 2025 on the open market at a price of 3.1 pence (ZAR73.6 cents) per Ordinary Share.
Following this purchase, Mr. Morley-Kirk holds 1 000 000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.03% of the issued share capital of the Company.
