Issue of shares

Further to the announcement of an issue of 1,775,000 shares released on 15 July 2009, the Company advises that application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for an additional 985 new ordinary shares of 1p each in Jubilee to be issued and admitted to trading on AIM on 22 July 2009.

The new shares have been allotted and issued as part of the private placement for cash at a price of ZAR4.70 per share as previously announced.  The listing of 985 new ordinary shares has been granted by the JSE. The new shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares of the Company. 

Following admission to trading of the above new shares, the total of Jubilee ordinary shares of 1p each in issue will be 120,150,254.
