John Laing Environmental Assets Group Limited (the "Company") hereby announces that it was today notified that the Directors of the Company have today acquired Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 101.0 pence per Ordinary Share, pursuant to the Placing and Offer for Subscription.

DTR 3.1.2 R requires that the Directors of the Company, in their capacity as persons discharging managerial responsibilities, disclose any transaction conducted on their own account in the shares of the Company.
