Blocklisting application

John Laing Environmental Assets Group Limited (the "Company") has made an application to the UK Listing Authority for a blocklisting of 5,843,563 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company (the "Shares") to be admitted to the premium segment of the Official List and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.
The Shares will be issued under the blocklisting to satisfy excess market demand for the Shares. The net proceeds from the issue of new Shares will be used to repay the Company's Revolving Credit Facility and/or invested in accordance with the Company's investment policy. The blocklisting is expected to become effective at 8:00 a.m. on 28 November 2016.
