JJB Sports PLC17 May 2007 JJB Sports Plc ("the Company") ----------------------------------- Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and the LondonStock Exchange plc for 345,800 ordinary shares of 5p each ("shares") to beadmitted to the Official List. It is expected admission will be granted on 21 May 2007 and trading willcommence on 22 May 2007. These shares are being issued as a result of the exercise of share options underthe 1999 Approved Share Option scheme (15,800 shares), and the 1999 UnapprovedShare Option scheme (330,000 shares).
