Jarvis Securities plc01 August 2005 Jarvis Securities Plc ("the Company") Trading Statement Jarvis Securities Plc ("Jarvis Securities") announces that its subsidiary JarvisInvestment Management plc ("Jarvis") has won two further contracts to provideequity trading settlement services bringing the total new Model B type contractsso far this year to four. The first contract is with Bridge Hall Stockbrokers Ltd who have becomeAppointed Representatives of Jarvis until such time as they apply to The LondonStock Exchange for membership in their own right at which time they will move toa Model B arrangement. The second agreement is to provide Luke Securities Ltd who have already appliedto the LSE for membership with a Model B settlement service. Additionally Jarvis is in discussions with further firms for its settlementservices and investment administration. The Board is encouraged by the take upand hopes to see the benefit of these contract wins in its future results.
