DIVIDEND DECLARATION

The Board of Jarvis announces that it is declaring a third quarterly interim dividend of 4.5 pence per share, to be paid on 8 September 2016 to shareholders on the register on 19 August 2016 and the shares will become ex-dividend on 18 August 2016.

DIVIDEND REINVESTMENT PLAN

A Dividend Reinvestment Plan is being offered and the final date for elections for reinvestment of the third quarterly interim dividend is 25 August 2016. Any shareholder requiring further information should contact the Company.
