DIVIDEND DECLARATION

The Board of Jarvis announces that it is declaring a second quarterly interim dividend of 4.25 pence per share, to be paid on 12 June 2014 to shareholders on the register on 23 May 2014 and the shares will become ex-dividend on 21 May 2014.

DIVIDEND REINVESTMENT PLAN

A Dividend Reinvestment Plan is being offered and the final date for elections for reinvestment of the first quarterly interim dividend is 30 May 2014. Any shareholder requiring further information should contact the Company.
