Director's Interest

Jarvis had been informed on 7 August 2013, that on that day, Sion Securities Limited ("Sion"), a company in which Mr Andrew Grant has a controlling interest, sold 250,000 Ordinary Shares in Jarvis at a price of 400p. Sion sold the shares in order to match demand in the market following a recent series of meetings with institutional investors.

Following these transactions, Mr Andrew Grant's total interest in the Company (comprising the holdings of Sion, a company in which Mr Andrew Grant has a controlling interest, Mr Andrew Grant's SIPP and Mr Andrew Grant's spouse) is 6,168,150 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 57.5% of the Company's 10,727,000 voting rights.
