As previously announced, on 28 May 2015 the Company was informed that, on 27 May 2015, Mr. Nicholas Crabb acquired 1,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of £3.90 per Share.
To clarify, following the transaction, Mr Crabb now holds 5,000 Shares, representing 0.045% of the Company's issued share capital.
