Jarvis announces that it was today informed that, on the same day, Nick Crabb, Business Development Director, purchased 2,000 ordinary shares of 1p ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 172p per share. Following this transaction, Nick Crabb is interested in 2,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.02% of the issued share capital of the Company.
