GRANT OF OPTIONS
The Company announces that, on 12 May 2009, 100,000 options to subscribe for ordinary 1p shares in the Company were granted to Nick Crabb, Business Development Director, under the Company's Discretionary Share Option Scheme. The options are exerciseable at 200p per share between the fifth and tenth anniversary of grant, following which they shall expire. This grant represents Mr Crabb's entire optionholding in the Company.
