Directors' Interests
On 18 May 2020, the Company was informed that, on that day:
· Mr Jolyon Head, Finance Director, sold 4,502 Ordinary Shares from his ISA at a price of 595.00 pence per share.
· Mrs Shona Head, the spouse of Mr Jolyon Head, sold 4,475 Ordinary Shares from an ISA account held by her at a price of 595.00 pence per share.
· Ms Annabel Head, the child of Mr Jolyon Head, sold 1,454 Ordinary Shares from an ISA account held by her at a price of 595.00 pence per share.
· Mr Reuben Head, the child of Mr Jolyon Head, sold 27 Ordinary Shares from an ISA account held by him at a price of 595.00 pence per share.
· In summary, a total of 10,458 Ordinary Shares were sold by Jolyon Head and his associated family members.
At the same time, Jolyon Head then purchased 10,458 Ordinary Shares into a SIPP account held by him at a price of 595.00 pence per share.
Following the transactions the combined interests held by Mr Head and people closely associated with him (PCA's) remain unchanged at 35,876 Ordinary Shares.
