Also, on 29 August 2017, the Company was informed that, on that day, Shona Head, the spouse of a director of the Company, sold 3,239 Ordinary Shares at a price of 480p per share.
At the same time Mr Jolyon Head, a director of the Company, bought 3,239 Ordinary Shares at a price of 480p per share.
