In conformity with the Transparency Directive, the Company would like to notify the market of the following:

As at 31st March 2024,the Company's issued share capital consisted of 297,289,438 Ordinary 1 pence shares carrying one vote each. The Company held 3,516,850 Ordinary shares in Treasury.

Therefore, as at 31st March 2024, the total number of voting rights for Ordinary shareholders in the Company was 293,772,588.

The above figure (293,772,588) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
