JUST EAT appoints Paul Harrison as Chief Financial Officer

JUST EAT plc (LSE: JE), the world's leading digital marketplace for takeaway food delivery, announces that it has appointed Paul Harrison as Chief Financial Officer and as an Executive Director with effect from 26 September 2016 replacing Mike Wroe who will be standing down as Chief Financial Officer as of that date.

Paul joins from WANdisco plc, the Silicon Valley-based London-listed software company where he has been Chief Financial Officer since 2013. Prior to WANdisco plc, Paul served as Group Finance Director of FTSE 100 international software company The Sage Group plc for 13 years. Prior to that, Paul held a number of senior positions at Price Waterhouse. Paul is also Non-executive Director at recruitment consultancy firm Hays plc and media company Ascential plc.

Mike joined JUST EAT in August 2008 and has been an instrumental member of the executive team that has engineered the Company's growth to become the clear market leader in 12 of the 13 markets where it operates and has played a crucial role in JUST EAT's successful IPO in April 2014 and its strong performance since then. The Board would like to thank him for his considerable contribution to JUST EAT, and to wish him well for the future. He will remain in the business until 31 December 2016 and will be available through the first half of 2017 to support Paul during the transition to ensure a smooth succession.
